2026 Grant from The Silent Count
Mission of Mercy Pittsburgh was selected as one of 33 Pittsburgh nonprofits to receive a $33,000 grant through The Silent Count Campaign, Citrone 33 and the Troy and Theodora Polamalu Foundation.

The Silent Count is a community initiative dedicated to making Pittsburgh a city where every person feels seen, heard and valued—especially those living with invisible or physical disabilities, experiencing poverty, trauma or any other life challenge.
Mission of Mercy is deeply grateful to former Pittsburgh Steeler Shaun Suisham who generously nominated the organization for this very charitable grant. Many thanks also to Citrone 33, the Citrone Family and the Polamalu Family for their leadership and generosity through The Silent Count campaign.
